LAND PROTFOLIO STRATEGY

Investor owns a portfolio of over 9,000 acres of rural land in seven Russian regions. Much of the land portfolio is former agricultural estates located in proximity to urban settlements and major roads and is slated for commercial and residential rezoning.

ADDFORCE completed inventory and valuation of the cross-regional land portfolio together with feasibility analysis of rezoning and reuse opportunities.

Three priority development clusters were identified to include prime transit locations on the outskirts of large cities of Chelyabinsk and Samara. For the remaining portfolio a comprehensive disposition and development strategy was elaborated.
