Ms. Elena Florova is a senior executive with over 10 years’ experience on C-level in multiple industries, including real estate, FMCG, project management, and consulting in various countries. Her expertise includes strategic planning, business development, organizational restructuring, and all aspects of sales and consumer marketing and B2B marketing. She gained this experience at multinational consumer goods corporations, mid to large-scale companies, and some start-up companies.
Ms. Florova excels in building project teams to accomplish challenging tasks, ranging from designing and financing $20B master-planned community, to relaunching international brands, developing award-winning advertising campaigns, driving market research, planning and executing operations improvements, and driving new business opportunities in North America and Europe.
Throughout her entire career, she managed international projects, supervised new market entries for international products and services, and acquired significant insight and expertise in cross-cultural aspects of business.
